If you want to develop leadership skills and influence organizational behavior in your business career, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in management from Creighton is the perfect choice.
The bachelor’s in management program is designed for students who have a strong interest in business but whose desire for specialization lies outside the traditional majors. You can specialize in entrepreneurship, ethics, human resources, pre-law, military management or social entrepreneurship.
Real world experience is a key component of the management program, with opportunities for students to:

- Manage iJay, Creighton’s on-campus Apple store, as part of a practicum course
Bioscience Entrepreneurship Minor
The bioscience entrepreneurship minor provides you with a basic understanding of business functions as they relate to entrepreneurship in the bioscience field. This minor is only available to students who are not in the College of Business.
Social Entrepreneurship Minor
The social entrepreneurship minor offers you the ability to organize, create and manage a venture to make social change. Whereas a business entrepreneur typically measures performance in profit and return, a social entrepreneur assesses success in terms of the impact s/he has on society.
